Realize the time saving benefits of using email signatures and templates in Outlook. This is very useful when sending standardized information or forwarding content you have already created.
Create or edit E-mail Signatures
• Click Tools/Options/Mail Format and click on the Signatures tab
• Choose New to create a new signature adding the content you often send out. If you would like to modify or remove a signature, select the signature and then choose Edit or Remove for the desired action
